I would just like to send you a quick message about one of your staff who helped us out recently. On a Friday at 4:45pm we heard a loud noise coming from our dryer we pulled it apart and found a bad bearing. It was late and a swim team event was scheduled to take place the next day. It was looking like a long weekend since we use about 800 towels a day. I called Jason (Parts Dept.) at 4:55pm. He looked up the part and told me he had 2 in stock. I told him we really needed the part and asked if he could charge it to us and set it outside somewhere. Without hesitation, he told he would wait for me to get there knowing I had to drive cross town to do that. I arrived there at 5:45pm and thanked him for waiting and also told him it helped us out a lot. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! He saved the day and the weekend.

I'd like to thank Super Laundry for the help they provide. I service 300+  coin-op machines in State College, PA and prefer ordering parts from your company. Other suppliers are not as service oriented.
I especially thank Kelly in the parts department for her excellent service. I appreciate her professionalism and prompt response to my parts requests. Kelly is very up on product knowledge and often can take an order based on model # and part description alone. Its great to have Kelly recognize my voice when I call. She's much easier to deal with than a computerized answering service.
